Why some command icons do not appear in drop down menu?

Why some command icons do  not appear in drop down menu? For instance I do not have "Text Tag 3d" under vector\point.

Hi Hamed,This lesson uses an older version of Grasshopper. I believe they rearranged the components a bit. Also, I think Rodrigo has some extra plugins installed. Those also come with extra components in Grasshopper.Best,Arie
