I'm having the same problem. I tried all of your suggestions. There is something wrong on the backend. Can we please have this fixed? It's been going on for weeks.

Hi MCA,

I can't reproduce the error, could you try this:

Logout of ThinkParametric
Clear your browser cache: https://www.google.com/search?=clear+cache
Log back in and try if this worked
If it didn't, could you check if it does the same in another browser, like Firefox, Chrome or Safari?
Lastly, could you check if it works on mobile or tablet?

Hi Arie,

I encounter the exact same problem as MCA. I tried all the possible solutions that you listed, but none of them worked. I have completed the course without the progression bar updating and I do not have access to the examination. What would one need to do in this case?
