Hi Arus! Thanks for your question! An older version of Vray is used in this course, version 2 if I'm not mistaken. But not to worry, because this is a 101 course, only the basics of Vray are covered. All functions and settings covered from Vray 2 in this course are also in Vray 3.x. They might be located in a different place. New features like Vray Swarm, V-Ray Subsurface Scattering material, V-Ray Car Paint material, V-Ray Stochastic Flakes, V-Ray Curvature map, V-ray dirt map etc. are not covered in this course.
