Hi Sean! That's odd, I can't reproduce the error (I'm using Chrome on Windows). Could you try clearing your browser cache: https://www.google.com/?q=clear+browsing+cache, maybe this will do the trick. Also does it load on mobile? And finally is this the only video that doesn't load for you or all of them? Thanks and let me know Arie
