Just after I send this, i tried on chrome and worked. I was using the Edge, but some videos haven't work on this browser. Anyway thanks for your help.

Hi Jorge! Could you try if it loads using Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Opera (anything but Internet Explorer)? Another thing you might want to try is to clear your browsing cache: https://www.google.com/?q=clear+browsing+cache As a final check, see if it loads on mobile (tablet or smartphone) Let me know if this worked for you, Best, Arie
