Question regarding type of support that we can create in Karamba

I wanted to ask, because in this course is that type of construction that has only points as a support. But if we need for support to be liner (for example wall or a beam) for shell construction, can we do that and in what way? Or, for example, to transfer load from shell to the beam and then to some point? Thank you so much on your help so far and keep up the good work! :)
