Null Values when getting areas (non saleable)?

Hello Arie, In the last step, in order to get the NSA, the Areas I get from the Non Saleable data merge seem to have many nulls, and cannot perform the operation of mass addition. Any clues? Thanks in advance.

Try to avoid nulls for mass addition with _Clean Tree component.

Mass Addition doesn't like them ;)

I have also attached a screenshot with other solution.
