I have downloaded the tutorial asset and found that there is a new Anchor component, that cannot be found anywhere in Kangaroo 2.3.3. So I have copied and paste it to my gh canvas and it allows me to move anchor points during simulation. Bingo!

Found the solution to the problem. The release notes of Kangaroo version 2.3 have a line dedicated to this problem which pointed me to the solution: "...Also, the anchor goal now has an option to set the target location separately from the initial location, which can be useful when you want to move it during simulation." I'm sure most of you can figure out how to solve it, knowing this. Here's a small image with my quick fix as one way to do it. The 'T' input of the anchor component should have to points you want to move around when the kangaroo solver/simulation is running. Cheers.
