Hello, After you make the medial axis then you say we have to model a coarse mesh but you skip that step. So, you mean by creating a coarse mesh that we have to draw each mesh face at a time using the medial? Thank you for your answer.

Hi Sebas,
Yes ideally you follow the medial axis when you draw each mesh face and use the singularities to give your mesh direction.
Rhino unfortunately is (very) bad at editing and transforming mesh geometry. I didn't show this because it literally consisted of manually pushing and pulling vertices, which is boring. It went like:
Another reason was (and this is the good news), luckily in the new Rhino 7, there will be vastly better editing tools available for meshes/subd's. I'm preparing a completely new module to amend to this course featuring this as soon as Rhino 7 is more stable/ready to be released.
In this lesson, I wanted to show you the more technical information about meshes, what to look for, and when to use them. The creation and manipulation etc I'm saving when Rhino 7 is out and I can do a module just about that. Also I'm diving more deep into singularites and how to use them properly.
Cheers,
Arie
