In Revit, when you create a new level, it doesn't automatically generate a corresponding floor plan view unless specific settings are enabled. Here's how you can create a floor plan view for your new level:​

1. Access the View Tab: Navigate to the View tab on the ribbon.​

3. Select the Level: In the dialog box that appears, you'll see a list of levels that don't have associated floor plan views. Select the level you just created.​
4. Confirm: Click OK, and Revit will generate a new floor plan view for that level.
