Hi, I have been using Rhino for many years but very recent to grasshopper. My main motivation is to try and speed up my fabrication workflow. I setup an exercise to try and achieve result I would like. My current workflow is once model has been signed off I start to label the model ready for fabrication. I have been watching the Elefront series and also the labelling videos. I like to create a file with the 3d model then duplicate and layout 3d parts to the xy plane. I then pull the 2d data and opennest from there. I find using the select by object ID feature in Rhino really useful but tendinous to do manually. Elefront has been great to reference model in and bake back out with all the text labelling and object name allocated. I can select a part at all the production stages and I find it easy to keep track if any changes are needed. I am working through grasshopper 102 to understand data management but am struggling how to achieve grouping the text labelling to the object itself when baking. I either group all the box geo and text geo to themselves. I thought this must be because the list is flattened. I grafted the geo and text outputs which worked but was getting multiple boxes baking. I also then lose the simple labelling series I wanted eg Box_01/02/03. If you require setting up multiple branches for operations how to you keep or re-apply simple list output for labelling as my text 3d labelling switches to 0_Box_0 and is the same for every box geo. Apologies if this is super basic but I would very much appreciate your help. Many thanks, Olly
