Hi Arie,

Sorry to bring up this kind of issue in the forum, but I'm getting no responses from your support email. We are getting charged monthly for a Thinkparametric subscription that we do not have. Can you help me resolve this problem? Feel free to email me directly.

That's unfortunate. Could you send me an email with the following information:

We can't bill you if you haven't signed up for a subscription. Could you send me the email/username you signed up with and we'll take a look.
When did you cancel this subscription? I'll check if perhaps something went wrong.

Thanks for your kind words! I'm in the process of redoing some other courses on the platform that use T-splines and changing them with Subd's.
