Good tutorial, Rodrigo, short and clear! But I think it is necessary to add "PullToSurf" tool kangaroo. This gives  more accurate approximation to the base surface. Thank you)

Hmm...  I remember trying adding this Pull to Surface force to but I wasn´t getting completely planar hexagons, I´ll try it with the settings you put here and add your version to the downloadable assets, thanks a lot for your input.
