You are right there was a bug. There was something called as "Ironpython" installed on the system. I had to uninstall it and then Python started working fine since then.

Hi Rahul,

That's strange. You have to wait like 1,2 seconds for the autocomplete to kick in. If you type the . and directly start typing the autocomplete won't show. It's a little buggy. If this doesn't work could you try to close Grasshopper, open it again, insert the GhPython component, and try again.

Also if you just type in Import (with a space after it) and wait, do you get the autocomplete? See first image I posted.

If you yourself type in ghpytonlib.parallel. and wait do get the autocomplete? See second image I posted.

If this also doesn't work, I'd advise you to uninstall all previous Rhino versions and update your Rhino to the latest version, because the link to the Python Library is somehow broken.
