Hi. I want to ask if there is a tutorial on creating items using the cluster objects which we can use like the one you created for this tutorial

There's a very good course here. Referencing Multiple Geometries and User Objects. Since I took the course, I have written a lot of definitions and clustered them for myself and others.

You mean a tutorial on how to create Grasshopper Clusters? I believe they're covered in the Grasshopper 101 course. If not, it is quite easy to create a cluster. Select the components you want to cluster, hit middle mouse to open to shortcut menu and select cluster. Double click on the cluster to open its content and to edit it. Save it as you would to a regular grasshopper definition.
