Folder structure and extension files

The video only shows that I have to create the folder structure filled with the necessary extension files. However, it is not clear how or from where I will be able to get them. I was hoping that it will be covered in the next lesson. But even the next lesson works on the *-script file to be uploaded on the plugin extension which is already created (retail automation). Where can I get the details on how I can populate the file folders (i mean except the icon and the script).
