Hello, great video! I have a question about the resulting lines at the end, before creating pipes. These lines seem to have many duplicates. Is there a way to cull the last paths and/or last items to avoid duplicate connections? With the Kangaroo plug-in, I am able to remove duplicate lines, but I would like to know if there is a more accurate way of accomplishing this through pattern/tree management. Thank you!

Hi Gustavo,
Yep there are some duplicate lines, depending on what you'd like to achieve with the diagrid. If you want to use it for panelization, you're going to have double lines because of the quad panels the grid will be made out off.
If you want to create a structural grid from the lines (in your case and in the example lesson), you only need the 1 line and the definition would be setup a bit different.
I've included a definition (diagrid_relativetreeitem_v2.gh) using a newer component called relative tree item, which takes care of most of the shifting and culling of branches. There are two ouptuts, the panel and the structural lines, please have a look (download the assets again for this course)
Cheers,
Arie
