Drawing on the surface

how do you get your curves/lines above the grid level, every time i try to draw a curve its always on the surface of the grid, how do i elevate them?

Hi Motunrayo, thanks for watching the 101 course! When you draw a curve, you'll always be drawing it in a 2D construction plane, depending on which view port you draw your curve. After drawing your curve, select it and use either the 'Gumball' or the 'Move'-command to elevate the curve above the grid. If you select the curve and press 'F10' you can manipulate the individual control points of the curve, if needed. Good luck! Arie
