Alternating Eye Loops Tensile Membrane Structure

Question

Does anyone know how I would alternate the height of the eye loops in the final definition of the Creating a Tensile Structure Course?  I'm envisioning one eye loop in the air and the next one  anchored to the ground. Thanks!
